Instructions

  • Cut your leather into 3 equal 12 inch pieces.
  • Place 1 Slice Spacer onto all three pieces of leather and push down, leaving approximately 1 inch. You may need to use your pliers to help pull the leather.
  • Braid your leather roughly 6.5 inches, and place the other slice spacer onto all 3 pieces to secure the braid.
  • You can add as many spacers onto the braided leather as you would like.

  • Use your pliers to pull the leather and tighten your braid. Note: Tightening your braid will lessen the amount of space between your sliders. You want this to happen. For a 7 inch bracelet, you will want to have 6 inches of braid between the slice spacers, pulled nice and tight.

  • Trim your leather to fit into the clasp, approximately 1/4 inch past the slicers.

  • Put your clasp ends on, holding firmly, try the bracelet on to ensure proper sizing.
  • When you are satisfied with the size, place a drop of glue into each piece of your leather ends,  place your leather into one clasp end and press it firmly into place and hold for one minute to secure.
  • Tip: You should keep your clasp ends separated while gluing and during dry time. Tip: You can trim your leather on an angle to get it all to fit into the clasp easier.
  • Repeat with the other end of your clasp.
  • Let the glue dry for 24 hours, and then push your sliders up against the clasp ends.
  • Enjoy!
