Any time you're shopping at Toocutebeads.com, click through to a product page and look for the Redeem button (look for the red arrow in the image). If you're not seen the redeem button, double check and make sure you are logged into your account. If you have enough bead bucks stores up, it will add that item to your cart for $0.

Domestic First Class Is available for all domestic orders. First class mail may take 7-10 days to arrive and is available for $3.99
Domestic Priority Mail is available for domestic orders shipped inside of the US and take 2-4 business days for orders to reach their destinations.Priority Shipping cost starts at $8.65 Please note that all orders are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure the order has arrived at its proper destination. A tracking number is updated on your account upon shipment and included with all priority mail. *During the holidays the post office may be running a bit slower, and the order may take a bit longer to reach its destination. Orders may take up to six days in some cases.
Domestic Express orders take 2 business days. Express orders come with a tracking number and must be placed before 11 a.m. to be sent out the same day. Express orders start at $23.99. A tracking number is updated on your account upon shipment and included with all Express Mail.
International First Class Is available for some International orders, starting at $11.99. Orders shipped with this method take 1-3 weeks to reach their destinations. TCB is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other import fees assessed by customs and will be the responsibility of the recipient. International Priority Mail is available and costs $23.95 to most countries. Orders shipped with this method take 3-15 business days (May take up to 30 days) to reach their destinations. SHIPPING F.A.Q.'s
How Long does it take for my order to be shipped? Orders received by 2pm EST will be sent out the FOLLOWING morning, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are NOT processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays. (Shipping time starts once the order has left the store)
What happens if my package is Lost? On the rare occasion that the postal service has lost a package and a order does not arrive and tracking shows undelivered, we will re ship your order after 30 days from Order Ship date. When we do reship there will also ship a letter that states you had not received the first package, that letter will be required that you send it back to us. If we do not receive the signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.
