Returns
Please send all returns to the address listed on the map below with a copy of your invoice. Please do not return any cut lengths of chain, opened Jewelry Kits, or any otherwise opened pre-packed items These will not be refunded.
Order Tracking
You should receive order tracking once your order has shipped. If for any reason you can not access this information from your email, you can also track your items with your E-mail and Order # on our Tracking Page.
Wrong Product Arrived
If you have received the wrong item, please e-mail us at [email protected] So we can fix the error as soon as possible. Please be aware that after 30 days, we have need to issue store credit.

What are Bead Bucks?

Where are your Kit Instructions?
As of October of 2022, all kit instructions are available on-line for easy access. This does not include some of our most popular holiday kits, which include instruction insert cards. Please visit our Jewelry Kit Instruction Blog for more.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most domestic orders ship next day, and can take 1-7 days depending on distance, and shipping method. Unfortunately, international shipping times have been unpredictable, but usually take about 2 weeks.
Do you ship to my Country?
Probably! We ship to most countries the United States postal service ships to. If you don't see your country, please send me an e-mail at [email protected]
