A tracking number is updated on your account upon shipment and included with all priority mail. *During the holidays the post office may be running a bit slower, and the order may take a bit longer to reach its destination. How Long does it take for my order to be shipped? Orders received by 2pm EST will be sent out the FOLLOWING morning, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are NOT processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays. (Shipping time starts once the order has left the store)
What happens if my package is Lost? On the rare occasion that the postal service has lost a package and a order does not arrive and tracking shows undelivered, we will re ship your order after 30 days from Order Ship date. When we do reship there will also ship a letter that states you had not received the first package, that letter will be required that you send it back to us. If we do not receive the signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.
